Description: The client had acquired a Singapore-based subsea company and its Middle East contracts for a large oil and gas multinational. CCA Consulting worked on the company move into the UAE and Saudi Arabia, their regulatory set up for HR in both countries, including recruiting the teams, assisting in developing policies and procedures and maintaining the communication links between Singapore and the Middle East HR teams.
