Colette O’Halloran is a Organizational Development, Leadership and Talent Development Specialist with over twenty five years global experience.

An experienced NLP practitioner, life and executive business coach, she has strong communication and delivery skills and a culturally sensitive and a versatile approach. This enables her to build relationships to better understand the culture and business needs of her client, and so ensure results.

In the past she has worked with British Petroleum (BP) London where she led the organizational change program, with a specific responsibility for the people agenda. Following which, she worked with IBM Ireland as a Senior Consultant focused upon delivering organizational, leadership and talent development consultancy service to clients.

Transferring to The Middle East in 2005, she has worked for many organizations, in both public and private sectors, as a Business Coach and Organizational Development and Change Consultant.

Colette is a member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) for which she is also a tutor, and reguarly works for Academies and Academic Institutes delivering workshops and seminars on leadership development, communication and cultural change.

Malcolm Beattie

A senior HR expert, Malcolm has 17 years of HR management experience in drilling and exploration with Pacific Drilling and Schlumberger. He has held senior HR management roles covering the U.A.E. and G..C.C., the sub-continent, West and North Africa, the U.K., and North and South America, plus operational roles in North Africa and South America, the Middle East and Europe.

Apart from generalist HR disciplines including recruiting teams, training departments, talent retention and management development programs, Malcolm has implemented technical competency and management programs, refined and implemented organizational change and future staff capacity programs. Recent work has structured organizations and HR departments in start-ups and existing entities at national and regional levels, whilst leading and developing HR staff and developing a company culture. Used to operating at the COO and CEO levels of companies, he is an influencer and strategic thinker.

A highly experienced and International Business and HR Transformation and Organizational Development, Consultant/ Advisor whose expertise is the ability to achieve business results by implementing strategic best practice and accelerated and sustainable development solutions to improve organizational performance.

Using Agile principles, values, and practices, education in business management and organizational psychology and with a focus on innovation and creative collaboration, specific skills include strategy and planning; capability, talent, and leadership development; business performance improvement and organizational development. Plus, a passionate belief that improved organizational performance is based upon wellbeing, engagement, and motivation of its people.

With a background in healthcare, sales, marketing and business development, Ro has over 25 years’ experience delivering complex projects globally working in both advisory/ consulting and in-house senior roles for well-known public and private sector organizations. This has included sensitive government projects in conflict and post conflict countries and regions. Roles have included responsibility for over 40 counties, setting-up departments, and functions across regions: management of large budgets, and building and managing large, cross functional and virtual teams. She has also worked on global committees and working parties and represented the UK Government aboard.

Currently works as an associate tutor with Harvard Business School, AshridgeHult, and The London Business School, and is a tutor and assessor for The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD). She also collaborates on projects with The Cambridge University Institute of Sustainability Leadership; is an expert advisor for GLG and AlphaSights and a sustainability advisor with The Energy Institute.

Her industry experience includes Government (various agencies world-wide), Financial Services, Tourism, Telecoms, IT, Healthcare, Logistics, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Banking, Military, Aerospace and Airlines. She has also, set-up and run successful FMCG/Restaurant businesses in both UK and Europe.

Annette Welkamp

Annette Welkamp is a highly respected and committed expert specialising in culture, innovation, project management and strategic leadership. She has extensive international experience having worked in senior leadership roles both in-house and advisory with governments, private business and academic institutions,

Her expertise is in new project visioning; master planning and implementation; organisational and specialisation policies; plans, and strategies; organisational leadership and management; special projects planning and implementation.

Annette holds various qualifications that directly support her expertise including a Master of Arts in Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) and a Bachelor of Economics (Honors). She has developed university courses and taught extensively in Australia and Hong Kong in the field of culture and business management, for both Undergraduate and Master’s Degrees. She also has extensive experience training and mentoring sector professionals in diverse regions.

She is the Director of Culture Counsel, a Gulf-based consultancy that develops, implements, and manages culturally based projects, and partners regularly with CCA Consulting on business improvement and cultural change-based transformation projects.

Annette has served on several professional international committees and is committed to enhancing strategic leadership and management to optimize cultural and business development, sustainability, innovation, and the implementation of great ideas.
